The capsule idea was new to me. The room was snug, but it was enough. The staff was fantastic to work with, providing luggage storage, help, and great service. The budget breakfast was filling and easy. Washer/dryer is in the parking lot and open to the public. We had hoped to use it, but timing didn't work in our favor. Close to a tram line, transportation was easy. The only weird thing was the bathroom door was transparent. That was a little awkward.

The self Checkin Service with the Touchpad was horrible. I dont wanna need 20 mins or more for a Self Checkin. So many questions to answer and you hsve to type in every single letter. My Feedback was to put there a Keyboard to make it much easier, the reply was only, the people want touchpad. So for me it seems that they are not interested to optimize? After i said i booked two rooms, me was told i payed only once. After a longer discussion, the Woman says, oh you are two? My Mate and me stand the whole Time there so how can she ask this? Near to the House is a horrible Builduing with Graffity, broken windows. Also the building itself is very damaged. After we walked out of the hotel on Friday 16th of may we saw people puting out a dead person laying covered on a corpse bar... into a car.... surrounded by policist.. that was really, scarry. There is no water to drink for free in the entry hall.... The rooms we were was a high stock bed.. u have to climb up to the bed on a small ladder who wasnt comfortable. The bed was good to sleep. Bathroom are so small, when you take a shower also the floor in front of toilet is flushed.. We dont recommend this hotel

Clean and perfectly formed. No frills but had all the amenities required including clean shower (wet room), own toilet and bed/desk. The only downside was that it was a bit noisy as the rooms were so close together. Would recommed for solo travellers as nowhere to socialise/meet friends etc in the room. I stayed for a conference and it was good value for money.

The Hotel is in a very quiet safe area. Although the rooms are very small they are very clean and have all the facilities you need. The staff are very helpful and my friend and I had booked rooms with a high bed which was unsuitable for us but the staff were brilliant and sorted it for us and we changed our room.s Would highly recommend.

Personnel très gentil. Localisation peu pratique car loin de tout, situé dans une zone un peu déserte et éloignée de tout. Station de tram à 10 minutes mais le trajet jusque le centre est un peu long (environ 20-30 minutes). En revanche, la chambre était top, petite mais c'est tout le principe de l'hôtel et pour 2 personnes, juste pour dormir c'était nickel. Bien aménagée le seul bémol que nous avons pu lui trouver c'était la douche et notamment le pommeau qui avait très peu de pression et les jets qui allaient dans tous les sens. Sinon tout le reste était bien :)

Hotel Receptionists Alex, Johnny, Zack and rest are very helpful with directing locations, booking attractions, any advice you may need. Exceeding expectations as service in 5* hotels with concierge services. I was impressed by bathroom design & size, luxury duvets, bed linen, comfortable beds.Very clean and new hotel with unique design and Japanese concept for space saving. Only size of rooms is small if y want to spend longer time in it might not be best for you. I ll be definitely coming back to this unique hotel.

Absolutely loved our stay in the diamond capsule hotel! Great staff and great place to rest our heads. Super easy to get to central 15 min walk to the tram, 10 mins on the tram and then 15 mins on the underground. Only thing i would say be careful walking late at night as there is a rather terrifying abandoned building next door (smashed windows and graffiti) and there was some kids hanging around. Amazing hotel would definitely return!!

It was quiet first night then outside of hotel was celebrations and firework,very loud.Also you can hear next door persons in their bathrooms,very thin walls .Nearest tram is 12 min on foot ,then change to metro 52 Noord to Amsterdam Central-15-20 minutes . No hand towels provided-must use bath towel and no towel rails for drying in bathroom Price was accordingly to service .I didn't use dining .There is Starbucks by metro station

Mir hat es sehr gut gefallen alles sehr sauber und da ich den ganzen Tag unterwegs war reicht das Zimmer völlig aus, die Dusche war super ,das Bett,Matratze Kopfkissen (sehr wichtig)und Bettdecke sind warm und gemütlich,einzig der Parkplatz könnte eine Auffrischung gebrauchen
Alles spiegelt sehr cool
