This is the second time we have stayed at the Eden Hotel, which shows that our first stay was wonderful! We asked for a canal view, and this time, our room was on the fifth floor. The room was extremely spacious, and it had some architectural details, like a slanted ceiling, that I really enjoyed. I would definitely choose the hotel on any subsequent trips to Amsterdam.

Perfect location to literally everything and great transport links within minimal walking distance. Room was compact but perfect for what we needed. Coffee machine with pods in the room as well as complimentary daily water bottles and chocolate bars on arrival. We requested housekeeping daily and we received clean sheets & towels as well as components re-stocked. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. The only thing that would make the room better would be a mini-fridge for water/drinks as we stayed during summer.

Eden Hotel is in a very good location. The breakfast is fantastic!!! We arrived early and they held our luggage so we could go out sightseeing Amsterdam.

The hotel was fantastic. We liked having the continental breakfast option. So much to choose from. The “pantry” store was so convenient for snacks or late night candy or ice cream. It was very centrally located. The hotel was located very near a tram station and a metro station but we were able to walk most places. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay in Amsterdam and would definitely stay again. The rooms are big, especially compared to other places in Amsterdam. The staff are super friendly and helpful and it’s in a easily walkable and convenient location!

The property does not stock face cloths, so we had to use a towel as a face cloth and the back door wasn’t open when we got there. Otherwise, it was fine

Beautiful Location just off of Rembrandtplein square, very central to everything.Great options for restaurants, coffeeshops and nightlife which are all within walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful, check-in is made easy by either going to the desk or Self use kiosk. Check-in was is a 3pm but occasionally your room might be ready prior, as was ours. Rooms were very clean and spacious and had good amenities (complimentary teas and coffees, water and a cheeky choc, shower gel and shampoo). I booked a room with twin singles and the bed was comfortable felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. The only negative I have in regards to the particular room we stayed in, is that it still felt a little dark even with all the lights on this could be due to were our room was situated however I still wouldn’t expect that to be an issue. Look around the room at all the cards as those are your room guides, (you have to scan a QR code if you want your room to be serviced). Depending on the what you book , but it can also be added, a breakfast buffet is available. The hotel also has a bar and a DIY pizza and sandwich station, there is also a hotel shop within the lobby area where you can purchase food, beverage and snacks. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends Overall rating 4/5
