Great location, beautiful street and cute old building that’s been renovated. Some of the rooms are very small (had to hunch over in the shower). No air conditioning and we happened to be there in a heat wave. They do have fans on the wall. Breakfast was great.

Das Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war super und man konnte vieles zu Fuß erreichen. Das Hotel ist typisch für Amsterdam. Unser Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss und hatte leider keine Klimaanlage. Nachts konnte man das Fenster nur kippen, der Ventilator hat nicht viel gebracht.

Hotel room was cramped, muggy and hot. There were chips in the paint. Rust on the towel warmer. Grout in the shower was dirty. Shower did not drain properly. Room smelled heavily of perfume. Tried to change rooms but none were available. Had a terrible sleep - woke up with blood shot eyes and decided to check out. Was told manager would follow up, has not. Had to book an alternate hotel for remainder of our stay in Amsterdam.

The staff is amazing there. Alperen who works in the front is awesome. You can ask him many different questions about tourism there and he will tell you where to go. He even helped us find a chocolate store there that locals know about. This place is super clean and there are so many public transportation within a 5 minute walk.

Property was in a great location! We arrived early and thought we’d drop our stuff but our room was actually ready! It was great to clean up after the plane. Easy to find, and very friendly staff! Would recommend.

O hotel é lindo! O quarto tem o pé direito duplo e uma pequena varanda. É muito silencioso e próximo das principais atrações de Amsterdam. Existe uma máquina de bebidas quentes a disposição no hall do hotel e o quintal é lindo. Pontos de melhoria: o degrau da escada é bem curto e fácil de escorregar. O armário para guardar malas é bem pequeno e, vi o gato comendo um rato do quintal.

I couldn't rate this hotel high enough! Even from before we landed, I received an email from the hotel letting me know if I had any questions which was well received given there were going to be train strikes when we landed. They suggested a bus transfer which was actually much more convenient as it stopped at the top of the street! Hotel is week placed in a quiet area but literally 5 mins from beautiful eateries and shops. Staff were fantastic, nothing was ever too much bother. There were facilities for holding your luggage and free tea and coffee in the very clean and pleasant reception. I have already recommended this hotel to others and will definitely be starting here if we come back.

Helpful staff. Lovely Lobby and little extras such as tea coffee and little cookies not expected for this price. Hotel on a beautiful quiet street. Great location. Rooms were small but well appointed and very clean. We stayed in a basement room for two and very comfortable. Great value

Loistavalla sijainnilla, siisti & tyylikäs hotelli

Voin lämpimästi suositella Hotel Alexanderia. Loistavalla sijainnilla ja rauhallisella kadulla aivan ihanan ison puiston vieressä. Lentokentältä pääset bussilla 397 aivan hotellin viereiselle pysäkille ja takaisin, joten sinun ei tarvitse mennä rautatieaseman kautta. Siisti hotelli ja mukava henkilökunta. Huone kompakti, siisti ja kivat näkymät kadulle ja vastapäisiin taloihin. Hotellissa on hissi, mutta varaudu kulkemaan jyrkät pienet portaat huoneesi kerrokseen. Ruokakaupat, kivat ravintolat ja pikkuputiikit aivan vieressä. Hotellin ihanalla sisäpihalla asui naapurissa vielä kaksi suloista kissaa, jotka tulivat välillä tervehtimään. Tulen ehdottomasti uudestaan! :)
