Location: in the middle of everything that makes Amsterdam….Amsterdam. It’s can be noisy depending on what side of the hotel your room is located. Street side is loud. Canal side is quiet. Room: basic but the rooms have everything you need. Europe is not known for large rooms. Beds are very comfortable. Bathrooms are small. Staff: fantastic. Don’t forget to say high to the boss cat. Food and beverage: The hotel offers a breakfast and full bar. There are also limitless options on the street in front of the hotel.

Es una excelente opción para hospedarse, muy cerca de Amsterdam Centraal, muchas tiendas y restaurantes al rededor, me hospede en una habitación con vista al canal y fue algo hermoso. A pesar de que es una zona muy cerca de una avenida principal no sentía que hubiera ruido excesivo y el personal fue muy amable. Sin duda me volvería a hospedar aquí.

The building location was central so inevitably a bit noisy around it, but the staff were so helpful and amazing. Rooms were clean, hotel bar was good.

The hotel is decent and close to pretty much everything a tourist might want to visit during a short stay. Our room faced the red light district (the street is one corner away), so it was very loud ar night and with no AC we had to keep the window open. Aside from that, rooms are small, but clean and the staff were very helpful. I would stay there if I was on a budget again, but might also splurge to be further away in a less busy area at night.

This is an old hotel. Our room was quite small but functional. The stairs are very steep and there are quite a few. If you have any trouble with stairs you may want to consider a different hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and the hotel is really neat if you like old buildings.

The hotel is a short walk to the train station and ferry terminals, surrounded by many restaurants and pubs in the old town. The room is basic, small but functional for short stays. The best thing is the friendly, helpful, cheerful staff and the buffet breakfast at EUR 15.50 was an excellent value.

Great no nonsense service. Easy check in/out. Location is prime as the Central Station is a 2 minute walk and the hotel itself is in the middle of where it’s all happening. Rooms are very basic and minimalistic but clean. We didn’t include breakfast as there’s plenty of options outside the hotel. The hotel cat Micky adds a nice touch to the experience. Would book again!
