機場邊的好選擇

飯店位於機場正對面200公尺處，對於11:30pm才抵達，次日11:30am要搭機返台，超方便。飯店雖才開幕三個月，夜間check in 人龍約15人，但仍有效率的在15分內入住。從飯店的音樂和櫃台人員的應答，整體感覺是年輕有活力的!

This hotel has totally misleading advertising policy who present themselves as a 4-star establishment, while in reality it’s no more than a 2-star level. The corridors are dirty, with piles of used laundry on the way to your room. In the room, there are no real mattresses — only toppers that constantly slide off the bed. There is no water, no slippers, and certainly no bathrobes in the room. The toiletries are diluted with water and don’t even foam. The hotel doesn’t have a laundry room as stated in the description. Instead, they offer an expensive third-party courier laundry service. The towels and bed linen are of poor quality and have an unpleasant smell. Bed linen is changed only partially and not every day. I believe this hotel should be removed from listings because it seriously damages the platform’s reputation

Das Hotel liegt in einem modernen Wohn- Büro- Gewerbegebiet mit wenig Charme. Innenausstattung insgesamt schon etwas runtergekommen. Dreckige Teppiche, fehlende Steckdosenabdeckungen im Flur. Im Bad keine Ablageflächen, keine Haken, sehr unpraktisch. Zahnputzbecher waren dünne Plastikbecher. Der Kleiderschrank hatte ebenfalls so gut wie keine Ablageflächen, schon gar nicht für zwei Personen. Das Personal war da aber von Freundlichkeit oder Willkommensein war wenig zu spüren, lag vielleicht auch daran, dass im Hotel hauptsächlich Asiaten arbeiten. Das Frühstück war von der einfachsten Art. Scheibenkäse und Billigwurst, Fertigrüherei mit obligatorischen Beilagen (Würstchen, Speck, Baked Beans) Müsli und Naturjughurt/ Fruchtjoghurt gab es auch. Die Metro ist gut zu erreichen. Am Stadion von Ajax kann man fußläufig gut shoppen. Insgesamt ok. Nichts für die Flitterwochen und schon gar kein 4 Sterne Hotel

Was pleased with the hotel. Room was clean apart from a piece of chewing gum stuck to a lamp shade. Breakfast variety was good. We didn't use the gym there was only a few pieces of equipment. Convenient for metro station 5 minutes walk away to get to Amsterdam Central. Used bar for evening meal once. Food was good, average prices for a hotel. Limited menu. A couple of meals we asked for on the menu weren't available. We had an early checkout at 7am and put a request in the previous day to get an early breakfast which they said they would arrange but when we were checking out they had nothing prepared for us. We were very disappointed at the lack of staff communication.

Lovely aesthetics. Felt clean, homely, sleek, sophisticated. And I LOVED all the plants downstairs. Breakfast buffet was always exciting ti eat too. Thank you very much!!

I was concerned after reading other reviews, but my experience was very positive. I chose this hotel due to its proximity to the Ziggo Dome arena and it was only a 20 minute, very pleasant stroll to the arena - also convenient for the Johan Cryuff arena for football matches. The room was very clean, as was the bathroom. I was on the first floor, overlooking the main road, but the room was really quiet. Internet access was great. I found all the staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was also very good in my opinion, with plenty of choice from the breakfast buffet. The area is very commercial and there is a lot of construction ongoing, but I was staying over the weekend, so I can’t comment on noise as a result of building work or traffic noise. As I ate at the arena, prior to the concerts I attended, I cannot comment on the eating options in the area. I would definitely stay at the Ozo again, if I was attending another concert at the Ziggo Dome.

15 Euros for Parking, easily walked to a Beer garden near IKEA and another restaurant near the metro. Lots of construction going on around the hotel.

Der erste Eindruck war gut, die 4 Sterne hinter der Rezeption machten Hoffnung. Leider wurde ich dann im Zimmer schnell enttäuscht. Die Matratze durchgelegen, das Glas der Duschkabine sehr streifig, Flecken am Bettrand und auf der Bettwäsche, zerrissene und schmutzige Gardine, Brandspuren auf dem Nachttisch und Rückwand des Bettes unter der Lampe, Wasserfleck an der Decke im Bad, Flecken an der Glasverkleidung vom Bad, verschmutzte Steckdosen und das Kabel vom Föhn war verschmutzt. Das sind 4 Sterne niemals würdig!! Die Sessel in der Lounge, dreckig und speckig. Wir mussten uns zwei „schöne“ suchen um uns hinzusetzen. Der Aperol für 13€ war ein Witz, er wurde aus Aperol, Wasser und fertiger Hugomischung zubereitet!! Auf Nachfrage bekam ich die Antwort, mein Chef möchte das so! Für mich sehr befremdlich und aus diesem und den vorherigen genannten Gründen werde ich dieses Hotel nie wieder buchen.

Beds comfortable, breakfast was good. There was limited service at the bsr and i really didn't like the glass bathrooms in the rooms! Not very private if you are sharing a room with a friend!
