Prior to arrival, we were asked to complete online check-in and offered a locker rental—no details provided. Since we arrived before the 15:00 check-in time, we assumed this was for temporary luggage storage. However, we were told no such locker existed and instructed to leave our belongings in the room, which was supposedly being cleaned. At 18:45, it still hadn’t been.
The room was visibly dirty, dusty, and clearly not cleaned. We attempted to wipe surfaces ourselves with disturbing results. Beds were missing support legs, and the window was unhinged, posing a safety risk. It didn’t block noise or cold air and lacked a curtain, compromising comfort and privacy.
The bathroom was in a shocking state—strong urine odor, barely running cold water, a clogged toilet, no toilet paper, and duct tape holding fixtures together. Hygiene and maintenance were clearly lacking.
Communication issues among staff added to the frustration. We saw other guests facing similar confusion. More troubling was the indifference shown by staff; no one made an effort to help or welcome us.
The experience was far below what was advertised. Due to false representation, unsafe conditions, and lack of care, we checked out early and informed staff on April 9. We were encouraged to file a complaint with customer service, but one week later, we’ve yet to receive a response.
