The staffing and the facility,fantastic. The employees at this place were very generous. Hospitable and easy to talk to. They all deserve a pay raise.

The heating cooling vent were filled with dust and looks like coffee spilt all over it. Unfortunately there were bugs and j got numerous bites. Breakfast was just muffins and poorly tasting coffee. Will never go again

Had a problem at Check-In until I showed front desk a confirmation email on dates and price. Kind of irritating after traveling for 6 hrs. Left rm with TV on and it was off upon my return. Told front desk and reply was it must go off when no activity in rm. Had maid svc 1day

The staff was friendly and they clean the rooms regularly. There wasn't a breakfast menu, just some muffins. But there is a Dunkin Donuts right around the corner and they have a guest laundry room and working vending machines, so I would certainly stay here again if need be.

The front desk attendant when we arrived on Thursday night was probably the worst I have seen at a front desk role. He was sitting outside the desk on a couch when we arrived, and didn't even acknowledge that he was the hotel employee. We were looking around trying to find someone, then he moved behind the desk - without saying a word. No greeting. He was a terrible representation of your brand! Barely talked, gave no information. Had a mean, almost scary demeanor. It seems he put information into the computer incorrectly since we got an automated checkout notice in email addressed to "Ray", and my name is not Ray. We had prepaid on Expedia so the proper information should have already been there. You should dismiss this employee to save your reputation, or at a minimum provide intensive customer service training, and schedule him for day shift so he can be observed and coached.

They should not advertise breakfast.
They only have coffee, orange or apple juice and two different pre-packaged muffins.
Nothing more.

hotels.com said breakfast was included - it wasn't.
Plenty of pillows but they were super soft and couldn't sleep well with them. Beds were very comfortable though.
Staff not very friendly when checking in - no contact when we left.
Was convenient, very clean and best price in Amsterdam on a Saturday night.

After paying for the night on Expedia told at check in only a credit card could be used for deposit. That was not advertised. Still have not been issued a refund
