We stayed in the family suite with the bunk beds. My kids loved it, traveled with a 2, 4, 6 and 12 year old. The rooms are older but still very accommodating. Pool was clean and had a lot of places to sit. Not too far of a walk to Disney, very convenient that the CVS was a short distance away. Highly recommend staying here if you have a trip to the parks! Will definitely be staying here next year. Price was also great 😊

This hotel accommodated us after the Days inn canceled our reservation. It was very last minute and everyone was great. It was exactly what i needed after a long day at Disney. We will stay here again. Free parking and the price was great for six people. No breakfast but lots of options close by. Excellent stay, excellent value.

Personally if with my kids I would not stay here again. Staff were great and friendly but our rooms smelled pretty bad tobacco and aside from that the people there were smoking plants it just smelled bad. We got the room with the bunkbeds for the kids, which they didn’t even get to stay on; the bolts were loose and some hooks were unhooked It looked very unsafe. It was pretty late so they all just slept on the floor I always thought the shampoo and conditioners at hotels were very convenient. I never had to use them before but this one time when I forgot my own, I decided to use the ones provided and they were all empty another thing that topped it off for me was when my baby was crawling. I tend to get baby level and crawl with her as well, and I found an emptied gel like tablet look like an Advil, maybe but God forbid if my baby would’ve found it first there was also crumbs of rice, which made me feel like it must’ve not been cleaned before we got there, I didn’t want to be a bother because again the staff were really nice and welcoming. The security guard was pretty alert as well. Parking sucked as well and if you plan to stay here because of how close it is to mind you, it is close when you walk there, but after the park is just not close enough lol

Pool was great, despite it being closed for our last two days. The hotel was walkable to Disney, or we went to the Toy Story lot and took the free shuttle which was much easier with two kids. Safe were very friendly and accommodating!! Complimentary breakfast would be nice, but overall would stay again!

It was terrible i would not recomend. Very okd dirty and no soaps or personal supplies. Shower was leaking toilet wouldnt flush. Just small things that wete very inconvenient for the high prices they charge.
