Clean & Beauty place. Poor customer service. Total reserved for 3 nights. On the first day, the front desk guy promised me I can stay in the same room for 3 nights. Unfortunately, they asked me to change the room on the third night. They need me to check out before 11AM and re-check in after 4PM. Very uncomfortable for us. It took more than half hour to solve it. Wasted our pleasure time in Disney :(

If you go to the Disney parks, just outside the hotel is the bus stop that takes you directly, it has a cost per day of 6 dlls or you can buy a pass for more days - there the price decreases -, it has acceptable breakfast ranging from fruit with yogurt, cereals, apple and orange juices, coffee, eggs, spinach, different types of sausage and potatoes and the cherry on top is being able to make waffles in the shape of Mickey Mouse. The staff is very friendly, the parking in the basement is enough - I never struggle to find a place -, the only disadvantage is that I had to smell like marijuana, but that is no longer the fault of the hotel but of the guests. In general, it is an excellent option. Si vas a los parques de Disney, justo afuera del hotel esta la parada del bus que te lleva directo, tiene un costo por dia de 6 dlls o puedes comprar un pase por mas días -ahi disminuye el precio-, tiene desayuno aceptable que va desde fruta con yoghurt, cereales, jugos de manzana y naranja, café, huevos, espinacas, distintos tipos de salchicha y de papas y la cereza del pastel es poder hacerte wafles con forma de Mickey Mouse. El personal es muy amable, el estacionamiento en sótano es suficiente -nunca batalle para encontrar lugar-, la unica desventaja es que me toco que oliera a marihuana, pero eso ya no es culpa del hotel sino de los huéspedes. En general es una excelente opción.

Please do not stay here! This hotel cost me over $360 for one night (room rate, parking, water park and breakfast). This hotel isnt even worth a $100 a night Staff is very unprofessional and out right rude! The manager Matthew is the absolute worse! They call this a waterpark. No, its 2 slides with ice cold temperature, a big hot tub that's full of unruly kids, and a freezing pool. This was my first and last time I will ever stay at a Cambria. I really wanted to check out 10 minutes after checking in. Do yourself a favor and go to Great Wolf Lodge. Half the price, same amount of kids, and a more professional staff!

Love this place!! Fits our entire family, staff is great, it in the same parking lot as The Habit, Starbucks, Luna Grill, California Fish Grill, Jersey Mikes, and Ono. A few things they could improve on is if they premade a lot of of the Mickey Mouse waffles for the breakfast that is included in your stay. The lines were ridiculous for waiting for breakfast. I feel like some fresh salsa would be a great addition as well. But overall, the breakfast was wonderful. It would be nice to be able to sit outside at the fire pits past 10 PM. Adults only would be great. Make it an extension of the bar.

Our room flooded from either the hotel room above us or bad piping. We got back from our day at Disneyland with extremely sore feet but spent all night cleaning the bathroom because it had been completely flooded. A lot of our items got ruined and damaged (things we just bought from disneyland as well as a new hair curler I had just bought for our vacation). We then had to cancel our plans for the following day so we could move our things to another room. They didnt even offer to help move anything. They also didnt want to compensate us at all at first. We had to negotiate with them repeatedly just to get $300 off (when that isnt even the price for one day off of our stay there). We lost out on so much by going to this place. They absolutely ruined our vacation and didnt try to make us whole on what he lost in our vacation. Absolutely not okay. This hotel is a complete rip off. I will NEVER go to this hotel EVER AGAIN.

We enjoyed our stay at the Cambria. The pool, slides and hot tub make for a nice break during the day. The Mickey Mouse Pancakes are a real hit with the kids, though the whole breakfast area is a bit chaotic so pack some morning patience. Staff are organized and very friendly. Walkable to Disneyland. It is 2500 steps each way and roughly takes 20-25 minutes. We did uber back and forth a few times and the average price was $18 USD each way.

We loved the facility however, transport to Disneyland was a bit complicated. The pool rules were inconsistent depending on the Security person on. Rules of moving furniture not posted properly and seemed ridiculous. Understand no SAVING but you should be able to move as long as you returned it to original spots. This is not posted on rule and regulations list.

Breakfast buffet has a lot of variety. Pool was safe and clean. Staff was always friendly. It’s a busy hotel so be sure to bring a little patience :) Beds were comfy and rooms were nice. Cleaning staff came every day. Kids loved the pool area. Hot tub was nice after a long day. Heated pool and hot tub are both saltwater which is a bonus!
