Average place to stay. Close to Disney and to lots of restaurants. Room was clean a bit dated but clean. Breakfast option was good and coffee was good. Nothing fancy but good price and location.

They wouldn’t answer the phone at the front desk. Pool was closed and not notified of this in advance. Room could have been cleaner and with carpeted floors one can only imagine the dirt etc.

Everything was great EXCEPT the carpets being filthy to the point of leaving residue on bare feet and the staff being very blah in demeanor at check-in and check out. 2 different women, same experience. Not warm just robotic. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay. Beds were comfortable and shower water was HOT for my entire shower. Breakfast was basic but way better than continental. Eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, and cereal. No grab and go muffins or pastries for Disneyland but if you have the time to sit and eat, it's a great meal to start your park day with.

Upstairs room had loud person walking to heavy. The floor walls are too thin. Could hear someone sneeze from room next door. Found long black hair in bathtub from previous guest, Staff was friendly. Location next to Disneyland was good.

For the price the place was wonderful. Basic hotel, no frills, it feels a little dated. Breakfast was nice, simple and very convenient. Parking is not included! I was shocked that it’s not posted anywhere. The lot was always full- keep that in mind.

The pictures online were a little deceptive, though the room was not the worst. The pool was out of commission and if we wanted to use a pool it was one of a near hitels which was smaller.

Stay was great rooms are nice and clean staff was friendly. Only thing was we had to leave a day early and staff was not willing to refund last night or even work with us. Even though we notified them when we checked in and when we checked out spoke to the lady up front again she explained we could have gotten the refund if we booked directly through them. So I called Expedia to see if anything could be done they were willing to refund the night of the hotel would approve it but when they called hotel they said there was no notes in the system. Emailed hotel explaining what happen and they were still unwilling to refund or help any.

Nos hemos hospedado en otras ocasiones y el lugar está muy accesible para ir a los parques, solo que no hay mucho estacionamiento. La limpieza esta bien aunque en esta ocasión estaba una toalla sucia de labial y cabello El desayuno no es muy variado pero está bien para iniciar un largo día en los parques a base de huevo, salchichas, pan, cereal, café, jugo y algo de fruta. La.persona que lo stiende muy amable y no deja de colocar lo faltante. Lo único es que se llena y no hay dónde sentarse. Me volveria a hospedar ahí
