The pictures make this hotel look alot better than it actually is. It’s very dated in the room. The bathrooms were very gross and old. Hairs on floors. Staff were very unpleasant. Would not go back

The room was ok. The problem was the staff. The man ( Paul) working the front was very disrespectful. I was waiting for him for a while and rang the bell to ask for help. Another customer (man) can up and rang the bell and the attendant came up. He completely disregarded me and helped the man. I spoke up and he waived me off. It felt like it was because I was a women. After the man left he didn’t say anything. I asked him why he just disrespected me and he didn’t care at all. I have never been treated so bad because of my sex. He was very rude.

We enjoyed our stay! Although there was a shuttle we ended up walking to the park each day, it took about twelve minutes and was never crowded since it seems to be in the opposite direction of most other hotels. The rooms were big and clean and although breakfast was simple, the waffles and breakfast sandwiches (ask at the counter!) were great! We stayed with a 4 year old 1 year old (crib was provided) and grandparents. Would definitely stay here again!

When checking in the person wasn't that friendly but other than that, it was a good experience and they had shuttle to Disneyland park that made it convenient. The breakfast was great. The rooms were clean. I would recommend this place to stay to anyone and I would most definitely stay their again.

Check in and out was quick and easy, the room had traces of hair left behind when we first arrived but it looked like it was cleaned. I really enjoyed the breakfast that consisted of Mickey waffles and complimentary jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches. Would stay here again!

All around decent experience. A little disappointed they charge an early check in fee. The cleaning services were excellent, everything was very clean. There are no coffee machines in the rooms, warning that the continental breakfast is extremely basic. But fine if you are okay with that. If you’re looking at a budget friendly option this place is a great pick. There is a shuttle available but the times aren’t great. Make sure if you leave in the morning to line up long before 7:45 as there’s limited seating. 3/5 overall. Not the worst not the best.

Cleaning staff was rude. I asked for 2 small towels and the lady huffed and puffed. After handing me the towels, she rolled her eyes as I said thank you. She was right by the towels but it seemed like a MAJOR inconvenience for some reason. Didn't ask for a full set, just 2 small towels and received so much attitude. Upon arrival to our room, we noticed that the tub was dirty. After the encounter with the cleaning staff, I didn't feel comfortable complaining about it because she already had a terrible attitude. The shuttle was disorganized. My family was second in line behind a family of 5. We would have fit on the first shuttle ride to disneyland but another family that was the last to arrive put their stroller in the trunk. The driver allowed them to board before us even after explaining that we were there WELL before (30min before) the other family. The driver stated, " It's okay, I'll come back to pick you guys up." We had breakfast reservations so we decided to just drive over to disneyland to avoid further issues. Disappointed to say the least, I feel as though the situation could have been handled differently.
