The room was clean and tidy. It is very close to Disneyland and the surrounding area is very prosperous, so it is a good choice. The room is not soundproof, you can hear noise from the corridor. Although there are few types of breakfast and no meat, it is very convenient and saves time.

Every thing was great the only thing that I did not like is that you have to pay for the parking when you are already paying for your stay. That is not good and there’s no valet parking to at least make it worth paying that extra parking charge.

They put me literally across from the ice machine and the room was really good and felt clean and reasonably modern for the area. It was nice to walk back to my room and shower up while i commenced the rest of DL days. Would stay here again!

Really nice hotel with a good sized pool for the kids. Short walk to the Disney parks. There is also a takeout restaurant in the lobby which was very convenient and all the food was good.

The ac doesn’t go below 69 but they don’t tell you until you ask why your room isn’t getting cool. We can back from the park and even though the ac was on 69 when we were out the room was 75. They said I had to call down for late check out at 8am but the room phone didn’t work when I told the desk he said “you have a cell phone rihght?” I noted that it didn’t go directly to the front. Desk he gave me a card and said this number will. When it didn’t the next morning I had to go to the front desk turns out it was the card for the manager and went to his voicemail. They would up giving me “or saying. They were giving me Late check out” . When I went to check out they said I can’t give you your receipt bc without late checkout it auto. Checks you out at 11. (This guy was there at 8 when I was given late check out) he said oh I guess they didn’t put it in let me see if I can get you your receipt. I should note the receipt was I Important because they waived the parking fee bc of the inconvenience. Finally I got it but don’t be fooled by the proximity. Though it’s close to Disney you’ll have less than a magical experience here!!!!

Great stay for a Disney trip. You MUST KNOW that you will have to pay $30 on top of the quoted stay, if you plan to park a car on their property. We arrived on a Tuesday morning at 1:15 a.m. and left the proper on Wednesday by 10:30 a.m. and had to pay for two days of parking, $60, for about 21 hours of stay. Yikes. Knowing that ahead of time will help to prepare for costs. People in hallway were loud and doors slam but it wasn't too bad.

It’s just an average place with fairly uncomfortable mattresses, so bring a sleep aid! The positive is how close it is to the Disney entrance. Otherwise, it probably wouldn’t get much business.
