We had a great experience at this hotel! The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made check-in smooth and pleasant. The location felt very safe and was super convenient—close to everything we needed. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The resort was very convenient being that it’s close to Disney, there’s shuttle services & access to restaurant for breakfast or lunch. My only dislike is not knowing all the fees ahead of time besides the parking fee every other fee is shared when you arrive. But there’s a lot of pros/cons. Like the shuttle is 6$ daily but you access all day but runs every 30 mins & has the possibility of running late, your charged a resort fee but only provided room service once yet I never received it & all wanted was fresh towels, the restaurant on the property is convenient but the prices are ridiculous but because you’re in a good neighborhood you can always find good places to eat. All in all, the resort is great for family’s who aren’t trying to break the bank for Disney but keep in mind it’s still a business with many hidden fees.

This hotel was ok . Bus system was useful. The room was very small and no microwave which we would have liked . Had to ask for towels and items that were gone out of the room. Hair in the sink when we checked in . Doors of the rooms were very loud and could hear other rooms ( we had loud adults yelling all night ). Overall it was ok but would not stay again.

The staff was all so very friendly and helpful right from check in to check out. The pool is large and never felt crowded once, plus it was warm! The family suite room was perfect for our family of 4. The facilites were clean and well maintained.

When we arrived there was no parking. They closed off a lot of parking spots maybe to remodel. After driving around the parking lot for a few minutes we reached out to the staff and they told us to park in the red in front of the hotel but to move by 8 am. We went up to our room and everything seemed fine. Clean and quiet room. The beds were pretty small so they weren’t queen beds. Around 2 am we got super loud neighbors. At first I didn’t really care because maybe they were returning from a fun night so I tried to go back to sleep. Then not even 20 minutes later, they got even more loud. I called the lobby and asked if I can be moved and they said they were going to call our neighbors before moving us. I don’t think they ever called because the noise level stayed the same and they started playing music. I turned on the ac and had the tv loud but I could still hear them. They didn’t stop until 4 am.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They greeted the kids with welcome cards and sticker activities. The ART shuttle comes every 45 minutes to take you to Disneyland. Reasonably priced. The Burger Place serves breakfast or has a grab and go from 6am-10am. It was perfect for having breakfast before heading out to the parks without having to leave the hotel, and the food is delicious. The gentleman who served us was so kind and accommodating! The front desk was very helpful when we needed housekeeping, clean towels, or just some extra blankets at night. The pool and hot tub area is lovely and very clean. We had a corner room, which may be the reason our shower was oddly shaped. Kind of a tight space to shower if you are a bigger person. Other than that...no complaints. Overall this was the best place we could've picked during our stay in Anaheim.

This was an excellent place to stay for me and my boys! The onsite had great food and service. The location was close to DL/DCA, making it convenient to get to and from. The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay for a good price. I would stay there again as well
