When we checked into this hotel, besides the bedsheet and shower, we hardly touched anything in the room. We brought our own shampoo, body wash, comb, towels, toothbrush, and toothpaste. We only used one towel from the room, and we returned the key card and parking card in perfect condition. I'm not sure why the hotel deducted $33.93 from my deposit after we checked out. This deserves a negative review!

Room was clean when we arrived but we were never told to ask for housekeeping so no clean towels the 3 days we were there. The Wi-Fi was out and we were not warned. For the price we paid to be in the middle of construction was horrible. Our tub wouldn’t drain fast enough so we were standing in a tub full of water while we showered. Light bulbs were out around the mirror in the bathroom so it was dim and It was an inconvenience to have to stop off or call when we were on a family vacation

Great hotel with super friendly staff. Lots of challenges right now with renovations taking place in the main building but that does not take away from the overall enjoyment of the hotel, just takes away a bit of convenience and access to amenities.

All the staff was so kind and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Convenient location, close to the park, food, stores and the shuttle stops right outside. The small convenience store inside the hotel was also perfect for late night needs. There’s only one entrance to the hotel which could be a hassle when you have kids and a million things to carry, but truly not the end of the world. Would def return and recommend!

There was only one elevator working. There was no water for certain hours. Staff was nice. Lobby was nice and clean but there was only one entrance in which was very inconvenient knowing where the parking is located. Our room door felt unsafe because the door wouldn’t lock all the way unless you slam the door shut. Walking distance from Disney is a plus but honestly I wouldn’t come again. The ac in the room said it was 68 but felt like 72-74 honestly. There was only one person doing checkout and was a long line. Very inconvenient. Won’t be returning but thank you for the stay.

Quite, room was clean. The bathroom door wouldn't shut all the way, tried to run the bath and black stuff came up from the drain, the toilet was the loudest thing ever there wasn't water half the day. The elevator stopped working 2nd day in and had the take the stair our last day with all our stuff

My family and I have stayed at Hotel Lulu every time we visit Disneyland because we’ve always had a great experience in the past. Unfortunately, this most recent stay wasn’t up to the usual standard. We had ants in the bathroom, and the app-controlled features in there weren’t working properly. On top of that, the water was out for a few hours, which made things really inconvenient, especially with kids. I wanted to share this feedback with you since we normally love staying at Hotel Lulu and hope to continue doing so in the future. When arriving the water was shut off so we couldn’t enjoy the pool or even use the bathroom or water in our own room. Staff wasn’t help at all, the bathtub in our room wasn’t draining properly so the water came to our ankles while showering. And on top of that they STILL charged a $32 parking fee besides all the inconveniences. 1 elevator wasn’t working so there was only 1 left. Overall horrible experience we usually always stay when going to Disney but was so disappointed this time.
