It doesn't matter how great the property is . . . if the toilet in your room can't flush a single piece of TP!? When you book on Expedia, and you show up with ID and credit card --- check-in should take at the most 5-10! It didn't! We asked for a room away from the street and on the first floor --- and we got it! The bed and the pillows were outstanding! The lotion and the sink basin area were also outstanding! The TV was big! There was a GREAT iron and ironing board! Now the bad . . . after bringing in all our stuff, unloading our suitcases and placing our bathroom accessories on the basin counter, filling up the mini-fridge with sundries and relaxing on the bed for a while, we finally find out the most important of things . . . the toilet doesn't even have the capacity to flush toilet paper after a single female visit! So what that tells me is --- did the cleaning crew even bother to clean the toilet with a cleaning agent and flush it down the drain! Obviously NOT . . . because if they did, they would have seen that the commode was inoperable! But I grew up poor and I knew how to get a toilet to flush! I have stayed at over a 200 hotels --- this has never happened in my life!!! The packaged hand soap was terrible and I NEVER use the bottled soaps/conditioner in the shower because I have seen "Specials" where weird people open them and put "unGodly" things in the containers! The supposed 'white' towels had a GRAY tinge to them. C'mon, man, get some new towels!

This is a good basic motel. It was clean and well kept. My only complaint is the breakfast that is included was made up of a prepackaged muffin and a strawberry yogurt - nothing else. But for the price, it was great for what we needed.

Upon arriving my reservation could not be found, which I felt was odd since I had recieved messages from the property already. The male at check in did not engage in much converaation during the interaction. The male did jot advise me of the times for "breakfast" or checkout. The overall check in experience was colld and unwelcoming. The "breakfast" was bad coffee, a googy bland ass muffin or a 4 oz yogurt that seemed more water than yogurt. The area seemed off there is only one entrance to the parking lot. The area behind the hotel was suspicious even during the day. I booked here to be able to walk to Disneyland since the hotel is only 1.6 miles away. I would not book here again.

Just returned from three night miserable stay here. I tolerate noisy....but this was beyond my tolerance. I could hear every noise made in adjoining room.....finally when they went to bed at 1 or 2 thought i could get some sleep....but then i could literally hear them breathing. Not snoring....just heavy sleep breathing....so clear i swore they were in my room. I think was compounded because the rooms were adjoining....and looked like door did not seal well. I literally got ZERO sleep the first night...and had to then work all day. Next two nights i was so exhausted I did sleep despite the noise....including breathing once they went to bed... but fitfully. Never saw anyone in pool...but ducks! Gross....ducks pooping in pool. I mentioned to desk and they said oh yeah...they come every day. The shower was so dangerously slippery with nothing to hold on to. Then first thing in morning today switched on lights and this guy scurried up the bathroom wall. Breakfast? Options include a small muffin and a yoghurt. And bananas. After first terrible night i went to desk next am and asked if they had earplugs. They did not. Should have moved to new hotel....but was working and had no time to arrange. Home now but leaving all my luggage in garage til i can go through and wash everything lest i brought home critters. Advise spending more and staying elsewhere.

My room was very nice and comfortable. It seems like the room and bathroom were recently updated. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was located near shopping and restaurants. It was a bit noisy outside due to the traffic. I would stay there again.

Fine for a reasonably priced place to stay near Disneyland. If you're just looking for a bed/tv/shower, this is good. It had a refrigerator, keurig coffee maker, hair dryer - things I appreciate. However, we could hear every conversation from the people in the next room. The accommodations are quite old and could use updating/cosmetic attention. That being said, for one or two nights this was fine for us. FYI - the continental breakfast ends at 9am.

This hotel was terrible. There was no parking in their lot so we had to park a block away. We could smell marijuana from our hotel room. My husband saw a roach in the shower. Absolutely terrible, definitely do not recommend staying here with children!!

ホテルに早く着き、荷物を預かってもらった。再びチェックインの為ホテルに戻ると、パソコンがダウンしてしまったので、もう少したってから来て欲しいとのこと、時間をあけてホテルに戻るとチェックインできました。最初に案内された部屋の番号は20〜で、2階のようだったが、何もリクエストはしてないが1階の部屋になった。バスタブ付きを予約したはずが付いてなく、めんどくさかったのでそのままにした。部屋にはハンガーも無く、ドライヤーもなかった。ドライヤーは流石にフロントに行きました。コンパクトながらも風量は強くてそこは良かったと思います。でもコンセントが抜けやすかったので使いづらかった。シャワーは水圧はとても弱く、2日目はお湯が出なかった。フロントに言うとすぐにお湯が出た。1日目よりお湯が暖かかった。タオル交換とゴミの回収は毎日あったが、アメニティの補充などなかった。予約サイトの写真とは違うアメニティだった。水もあると書いてあったはずだがなかった。朝食は、マフィンとヨーグルト、バナナとりんごぐらいだった！コーヒーは薄かった。 お湯と、水があるのは良かったも思いますが、朝しかもらえないので残念です。 アナハイムにはたくさんホテルがあるので、またこちらに泊まりたいとは思いません。
