However it's very tired and needs some serious love.If I had paid perhaps up to 400 per night this would have been somewhat acceptable but to pay over 700 night was exorbitant!It was booked a few weeks beforehand which left me with very minimal choice, however the photos left me with the impression that it was a well maintained property.”

“I loved staying at this place. It is perfect if you want something self contained and quiet in nature, but also close to Takaka and the beach. Good cooking facilities, has everything you need. I'll be keen to go back. Martina was a great host and very responsive. Thanks!”
