"I couldn’t get a hold of them at all. Showed up to the property they didn’t know I was coming. They cleaned the room and I got in at 9 o’clock at night. They were supposed to be two beds. There was only one. I then asked for a discount or a refund and they said no."

"Spent one night here after our 7 day Alaska cruise before we headed off to explore more of Alaska. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good the next morning. It was a Friday night and pricey but it seemed everything that was decent was."
