The bedrooms are tastefully decorated and includes comfortable bedding. Our home is conveniently located just steps away from Anchorage's Downtown, and the best park & trail system in the City.
As you enter the property, you'll be greeted by a spacious living room that features a comfortable sofa and a large flat-screen TV above the fireplace. The living room also has a dining area with a table and chairs that can comfortably seat up to six guests. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities and we offer coffee pods for you to enjoy in the mornings.
The property features two bedrooms, each of which is equipped with comfortable King beds and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The living room also has a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests.
The property's bathroom is modern and fully equipped with a bathtub, a shower, and all the necessary amenities, including towels, shampoo, and soap.
The property's kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils, including a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Whether you're planning to cook a full meal or just heat up leftovers, you'll find everything you need in our kitchen.
Our property also features a washer and dryer, which are available for guests to use during their stay. This is especially useful for guests who are staying for an extended period and need to do laundry.
The property is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, just a short drive from downtown Anchorage. The most beautiful Lagoon is steps away from the home.
There is a driveway on the alleyway. Parking is on the right hand side and you can park underneath the carport. The door has a door code on it for 24 hour check in and check out.

- If you damage the home, you might be charged up to the cost of repairs.
- No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana/drugs at anytime anywhere on this property, this includes front porch. You WILL be charged for the use of an Ozone machine and the cost to launder any additional linens if you choose to smoke in the building.
- Do not have any more guests than stated in your reservation, without prior approval. Having a total number of people greater than the max occupancy is ground for immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
- NO loud music and NO Parties (No exceptions) . The property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that you and the whole community can enjoy a restful night's sleep.
- If you open, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
-Pls ensure to lock the doors every time you leave the house.
