Our property is located in a quiet and well established neighborhood and is near bus stops and main city arteries, making you a short car ride from all of Anchorage. The Park Strip includes tennis courts, a basketball court, baseball fields, open fields for soccer or yoga, areas to run/walk, a volleyball court, and ice rink in the winter. This is a freshly remodeled basement level rental with a huge en-suite master bathroom. If you are sensitive to occasional noise from the floor above then I would ask about one of our other super quiet rentals that we have to offer since this rental has a chance of someone being above you. There are approximately 10 steps to reach the apartment.
