We waited at the airport for almost an hour to catch the shuttle. They cancelled the room because I didn't check in between 3 pm and 4 pm. The hotel staff said Expedia cancelled the booking. I called Expedia, and they said the hotel had cancelled the booking. No one took the responsibility, and we eventually moved to another hotel. Neither Expedia nor the hotel helped me with another booking. They just said, "Sorry for the inconvenience". The first person I spoke with at Expedia was rude and hung up the phone immediately.

Breakfast was bad; juice machine and pancake machine broken. The coffee cups leaked. The room was outdated and whatever they used to clean the bathroom floor made it sticky. The room smelled weird. I would not recommend this hotel.

The property needs a renovation. Its got great bones.. however just not up to date. Otherwise kept clean best one can, breakfast was good, staff was wonderful! The area is surrounded by some pretty trails..however lots of homeless people reside on them.

The hotel dirty and old. Bathroom toilet small for child size. The staff and service good. But one time we ordered to clean the room they didnt come. Also somebody the costumer using my room to buy snack and they charge to my account . I want a refund please.

My room smelled really bad. The sheets look like they hadn’t been turned over. And I got really bad bug bedbug bites.

I expected far more from a Wyndham property. The hotel is run down and dirty. The carpet in our room by the air conditioner was wet. The Internet was not working. Our key card stopped working after only a couple hours.

Limited parking, had to park in the back of the hotel , next to two drunk homeless people partying on hotel property. The room key wouldn’t open the outside door, had to walk around the front of the hotel to get in. Front staff was not polite. Lady in front of me said someone was in her room when she got to it. Way over priced

The entire staff was lovely. Professional and courteous. One person stand out though. My service dog was hospitalized before we checked in, Melayna at the desk was friendly and kind. I felt seen and like my comfort was important to her. She didn’t over question about nor ignore my situation. Our room was spacious and clean. We will return to this hotel!

The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The room itself was okay however several light bulbs were burnt including one over the mirror and one over the shower. Our linen was never changed over the 9 day stay and the room was never cleaned after removing the “Not Ready” sign on the door. We did leave the hotel and stayed at another lodge for two nights and upon return the toilet had mold growing in it. After leaving and returning for the day the room still had not been cleaned so I cleaned the toilet myself. We did ask for and received clean towels but that was by request. It would be nice to have some updated USB plugs In the rooms. The bathroom floor should be re-grouted also. For overall appearance the parking lot could be much cleaner and is need of sweeping and new lines to make better use of parking area. It is highly unlikely we would stay at this facility in the future.
