At first I was going to give a really bad review because our room was not cleaned properly (hair in the bathtub, used towels hanging over shower curtain), and it was a LONG way from the lobby to the room. Our room was as also a complete Internet dead zone. Also, there is a sign in the bathroom that says housekeeping will be every other day. When I questioned why they didn't show up, I was told you have to request housekeeping. Should have said that on check in. Then Stella really helped us by changing our room, which was in much better shape, and getting us much closer to the lobby. Stella was amazing. Most of the other staff were friendly and Ali was helpful too. Probably won't stay there again, but I appreciate the staff who helped.
