Casa is a lower unit of a duplex.
There are some stairs to get down - let us know if you need help with your luggage. There is no access to the garage but there is a designated guest parking available and you may also park on the street if you have a bigger vehicle.

We are on the edge of Downtown Anchorage. This means you get the privacy and quietness of a neighborhood home, yet all the amenities of being just a few minute walk to discover all the fun things to do and see in downtown.
Bus, Uber, Lyft, along with taxi service are all at your fingertips.
All VRBO bookings will have a $300 damage/incidental hold placed and will be released 48 hours after check out.

- No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on this property, this includes front porch.
- Do not have any more guests than stated in your reservation, without prior approval. Having a total number of people greater than the max occupancy is ground for immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
- NO loud music and NO Parties (No exceptions) . The property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that you and the whole community can enjoy a restful night's sleep.
- Garage is not available for the guests
- If you open, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
