In Alaska's beautiful landscape lies this lovely three-bedroom retreat in Anchorage. Nestled just minutes from the Dimond Center, Kincaid Park, and the Alaska Zoo, this cozy retreat offers a prime location for exploring the city's top attractions.

As a traveler, you'll love the thoughtful amenities that make your stay comfortable and convenient, including free WiFi, a full size washing machine and dryer, and a smart TV downstairs, and in the master room for relaxing evenings. All three bedrooms are located upstairs with a large full bath. The fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher, allows you to prepare delicious meals, while the dining table provides the perfect setting for sharing them with loved ones. 3 clinical students stayed here for 5 weeks!! This place was absolutely perfect in every way from the location, layout, and cleanliness. Lisa was so easy to work and communicate with. Awesome Anchorage Stay

Very nicely done rental property for our two night one day stay in Anchorage. We were on our way back from a 6 night stay in Seward and spent the day in Anchorage before flying home. The property was perfect for our party of five. Has a nice, new look and feel inside and out. Conveniently located for our purposes. Bedrooms are all upstairs. One full bath up and anther full bath down stairs. Highly recommend.

Two-story place

Nice property. Having the 2nd bathroom upstairs with the 3 bedrooms, instead of downstairs, would make this better. All the downstairs would then need was a half bath. However, only one of the two bathrooms was upstairs. Overall, it was a nice place.

Good times in great place

Host was great and willing to work with us and answer any questions. House was very nice. It’s in a quiet neighborhood far enough away from downtown as to not be overcrowded, yet close enough your minutes away. Lot of stores & restaurants just a short drive away. We have a 40’ RV motorhome and was able to park in the driveway & park the car sideways in front of it.

Lovely place was outstanding

We stayed at the Lovely Place for a couple of nights in Anchorage before leaving on a cruise. The house is immaculate, it is well stocked, convenient to grocery store and other necessities. We would happily stay at the Lovely Place again.

Vancouver Stay

The property was as listed. Very clean. The location was in a quiet neighborhood with good food options. It also was close to downtown, but a little far from some of the excursions in Northern Vancouver, but I didn't even spend half a tank of gas in the 2 days we drove around Vancouver.

Beautiful introduction to Anchorage

We had a wonderful stay and the accommodations couldn’t have suited us more. Three nice sized bedrooms and a great kitchen. (We didn’t cook because we weren’t there long enough, but we wished we’d had more time.) Easy 15 minute drive to downtown and less to the airport. When we had a small issue with the lock Lisa was super quick to fix it and we didn’t miss out on anything. Can’t wait to visit again!
