We came by ship and train. Then had to wait 2 hours to check in or pay $40 extra. Then tonight we noticed no coffee - only coffee maker. No shampoo or conditioner. All bottles were empty. Not impressed

First room was damp and dark. Asked to go to an upper floor better room but had a roach in the BR. Breakfast was a laugh. Ran out of food three days in a row. Trash was overflowing in all areas of the hotel. Front desk staff didn’t know much not even the location of the laundry. Laundry had overflowing drain. At least the bed was clean as was the BR sans the roach. Halls and elevator were dirty. I was very disappointed.

This property is transitioning from a Holiday Inn Express to Wyndham Garden Hotel. Active renovations are happening. Our room didn't have any hand soap, conditioner, or body wash. Not that big of a deal since we had brought most of that stuff with us. Also, the toilet paper holder was broken. Breakfast was a struggle because there weren't enough tables for people in the breakfast area and some items were running out. However, the staff was super nice and very accommodating. They let us keep our luggage there pretty much all day after we had checked out because we had a very late flight. The shuttle driver was super nice and very helpful.

This properly was nicely remodeled, it seemed as though they were just finishing up that process. Had a nicely wooded parking lot off the street, which was very nice! Comfortable beds are always a plus! The only disappointing thing was the pool is not working when I was there, they said it was down for cleaning and maintenance.

We should up at 2am. The lady, only person working front desk, took 4 calls and checked in 3 people in a very timely manner. I was a but concerned about parking in the back bu5 then saw there were multiple entry points and I didnt have to walk far to get inside. In the morning i also noticed the backparking lot had only one entrance and very safe. The bed was super comfy but the air vent was loud so we unplugged it. Plans changed and it would have been nice if i could have moved the reservation to the following night, heck, i would have staid two more nights, but they wouldnt let me (probably because it was booked originally through expedia). This is why we rolled in so late. And now i am staying somewhere else, not booked on expedia, simply based on principle.

The room and also the hallways and lobby areas need to be cleaned better. It’s old, worn and outdated. They might be renovating it though. Every towel we had left in our room had stains on it. The bed sheets and linens were clean though. The breakfast was decent and average.

I reserved the room for two nights because of the pool. Turns out the pool is being renovated, but nowhere was that posted on their reservation selection. Only three towels, one hand towel in the room. Second night my key didn’t work for my room. It did work to open the outside. I had to walk downstairs and all the way to the deck to get some service. Never again will I stay there.
