“This unit was just as described. Very clean and comfortable. Located close to the expressway and everything we needed. Would stay again.”

“Very nice place to stay. Clean, quiet and comfortable. It's easy to get to downtown or out to the highway from the place. Plus it is close to the Duck Creek Trail.There is a garage for your vehicle, but the door is a bit low. So taller vehicles do not fit into the garage, but this should not be the reason that you do not stay here.”

“This property is easy to navigate, well-lit, tidy, pet friendly, & very convenient for our weekend get-away. We visited family close by, we were able to bring our 13 year old dog. The only caveat, was navigating around the sleeping area. It was difficult getting in and out an the bed, but the bed was comfortably ”

“I needed a place to stay while visiting for work in Davenport. The apartment was very clean and check in process was smooth. It was a bit farther from downtown than I expected but close enough to the freeway that it wasn’t an issue. The property manager was quick to respond to my questions and concerns setting my mind at ease. I appreciated the central air during the heat wave and a suggestion would be a fan upstairs to keep the air circulating and larger curtains for the living room since……

“We had a great stay here! The room was clean and spacious, perfect for one night. Breakfast in the morning was good. Only issue we ran into was the confirmation I had was different to the front desk so my parents couldn’t check in without me. Not a big deal, just a minor inconvenience ”
