“The resort was enjoyable, with friendly staff and an awesome beach. The food was satisfactory. Additionally, they arranged a great Holi celebration, which was a highlight. However, despite multiple follow-ups, they have yet to share the pictures taken during the celebration.”

“Property is clean and rooms are bright and clean. Enjoyed the beach, there is a tide that goes out, cant swim, when the tide is in its beautiful like a large warm pool.”

“Tarif 5* pour hôtel 1*. Chambre non balayée pleine de sable, pas de mini-bar, pas de safety box, lumières très faibles; pour recharger un téléphone il faut débrancher une lampe. Petit déjeuner très médiocre. Plage sale. Check-in debout !!! Check-out compliqué, il a fallu téléphoner pour savoir que c'était payé en ligne, gestion d'amateurs... Fuyez, il y a mieux pour bien moins cher partout sur l'île.”

“I found Supreme Palace to be all I needed while spending a week in Port Blair. The staff were extremely polite and respectful. Nothing that I asked for was refused and they were concerned about my plans for daytime activities. The hotel though not near the centre is not too far away that you can’t walk to the bazaar. Transportation can be accommodated if you either want to talk tours or drive yourself by car or motor scooter. ”

“The property itself is very pretty with beautiful well looked after garden. Very disappointed about the beach which with low tide looked depressing. Staff were helpful but very inexperienced. Bar and restaurant were dull and depressing areas. Good singer in the evening but on our second night she ruined our evening by allowing a guest to sing song after song. He was awful! Swimming pool should be cleaned more often as it was dirty in the evening.”

“Stayed there twice (1N and 2N). During the first time, the WiFi was down and the temperature control of the AC wasn't working. They called me post 10pm when I was sleeping to ask at what time I'll be checking out. I shared my experience during checkout. The manager told me that they'll upgrade my room during the next stay. But the upgrade didn't happen. They showed me the exact room which I'd booked and told me that it's the upgraded room. Other rooms were sold out. I told them it was the same……

“They charge you extra unnecessarily for kids. Office manager and staff were very unhelpful. I would not recommend this hotel at all. ”

“Very bad experience! All rooms smelly, water leaking into the rooms, no clean towels, bathroom wires were open. Worst experience i ever had in my life. I booked for 2 days but i checked out on first day only because of these hell of experience. So requested refund for my 2nd day.”
