This spacious open concept home includes 5 private bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths and a huge deck with fantastic views. The views from the indoor and outdoor living spaces which overlook the water are simply breathtaking. This new construction property includes a private boat dock, pool table, basement bar and upscale game room. The house sits in a cove that is great for a multitude of water sports as well as fishing and swimming adventures. A two person kayak and paddle board are available to enjoy. We loved all this house had to offer. The lake, paddle board, kayak, and just sitting on the dock for beautiful sunsets was great. Everyone enjoyed the fire pit, basement game room, loads of hangout space inside and out and the big kitchen eating areas. Would definitely come again.

Great spot for an extended stay

All ages enjoyed our family vacation at this wonderful house. Plenty of options for sleeping arrangements, easy drive to Seneca or Clemson for activities, and hosts were amazing at responding to questions. Favorite house activities included exploring the lake and the multiple games of Golden Tee played daily. No one wanted to leave!

I cannot love this house enough! We absolutely enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon during the spring or summer. The house is fabulous-nobody wanted to leave. Pictures are very accurate. Everything we needed for our large family was there! Every bedroom was a dream.the layout was perfect for families with still so much room to sneak off from the group for a bit. Perfect stay to be Clemson move-in ready!

This truly is the Perfect Lake Hartwell Getaway for any occasion. For us, it was the perfect property for three families to enjoy our last few days with our kids before they moved in to their dorms at Clemson. The property had plenty of space for relaxing, planning, celebrating and a bed for everyone. Very clean and well appointed. We will definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay. The home was beautiful, just like in the pictures. The beds were comfortable, bedrooms and bathrooms spacious. Games were fun, especially PacMan, used the kayak and paddle board, swimming most of the day, kitchen had everything we needed, watched Olympics on tv, sat outdoors, enjoyed swing on dock watching sunsets. Our family of three generations thoroughly enjoyed our time.

Just perfect!

We had a goup of 13 stay and the property and location were fantastic! The distance to the dock/water was just right! The home was absolutely beautiful! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of bathrooms with beautiful showers. So many neat places to hang out.-the screened in porch or the deck with rocking adirondack chairs or the cool basement with the games. Plenty of space for everyone. Would highly recommend! William was very responsie and pleasant to work with.

Amazing house!

This house was absolutely wonderful! There were plenty of beds and plenty of room for our entire family and a few friends. The location was great, the sunsets and sunrises were beautiful, and it was so quiet the entire time. I think our favorite spot was the screened in sunroom. It was especially nice to have the house stocked with paper products and most of the things anyone would need in the kitchen. The only negative thing I can say is that the house needed a little TLC on the outside. The door from the screened in porch was about to come to pieces and the walkway to the dock needs some work. However, overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely stay there again. I highly recommend this house to anyone staying at Lake Hartwell.

Wonderful home!

I recently stayed at this home for a mother-daughter weekend as my daughter goes to Clemson, and her sorority was having an event. The home is absolutely beautiful, spacious and has amazing amenities. We were able to make beautiful dinners, enjoy our coffee on the screened in porch overlooking the lake and cozy up in the living room by the fire in the evening. The hosts were amazing and had great communication. I would love to rent this home again for future Clemson Events as it was only a 10 minute drive to the University.

Annual sister's trip

We normally do our annual sister's trip at the beach but decided to change it up this year to be a little closer. This house has been fully renovated & is gorgeous. There were 6 of us & we all had our own space. The street the house is on was a shock because we expected it to be flat since we were at the lake but it was a little mountainous. However, the house made up for it. I would definitely come back.

Family retreat for Clemson graduation

The property is close to Clemson, very well furnished, and clean! There was plenty of room for 17 people to gather for meals and very spacious bedroom suites for 12 overnight guests. The game room entertained all the kids from 16 to 76! I would definitely stay here again when we have a large group.

Perfect place for a large group of friends or family to gather. Tons of space to spread out - but still enjoy time together. Clean and inviting - just as the photos show. Friends & Family Football Weekend

Really great VRBO for this year's Football Weekend! The main floor kitchen/dining/great room was all perfect for our crowd and plenty of counter space for all the food we enjoyed throughout our stay. Double ovens, a fridge on two floors plus an ice maker made this location a great spot. Communication with the owners was super easy.
