“I have done a lot of VRBO rentals and this house was the cleanest!!! Everything was perfection… comfy beds, beautifully stocked kitchen with spices, fresh coffee grounds, creamer and sweetener.. again, the cleanest kitchen, refrigerator, drawers, etc. In the bathrooms there are plenty of soft towels, full-size body wash, shampoo and conditioner… even special makeup remover wash cloths.The living room furniture was very comfortable. I loved this house and I will rent this place again!!”

“Have stayed here 3 or 4 times for group trips - location is ideal. House is nice and well stocked. Starting to need a little maintenance like cleaning the gutters and roof, minor paint to touch up. The cat doors need to be patched up so rodents don’t get in the house.”

The location is peaceful and scenic, with the river literally in the backyard. We especially loved the complimentary kayaks—paddling along the calm water was a highlight for both the adults and the kids.Inside, the home was spotless, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we needed. “SIMPLY AMAZING! My wife and I rented this house for our son’s graduation from UNA. We we able to host his Grandmas, aunts and uncles under one roof very comfortably. The view of the lake and the never-ending decks were fantastic. The inside boast three large gathering areas with plenty of entertainment. While the house never seems to end yet still feels cozy and warm. There is plenty of parking and we had a wonderful time. Thank you Rafi for this experience and ease of communication with……

“My mom, sister and I stayed here last week. My daughter was playing in a golf tournament at the RTJ golf courses. It was 10 minutes away. The unit is lovely. As is the pool and deck area. The hosts are very kind and accommodating. They live upstairs so available to answer any questions or concerns. Thanks for a great stay. If we ever need to come back to the area we will definitely ask to stay again!”

“Everything we needed in one place. Very clean, thank goodness because one of ours is a germifobe. Oh and you don't have to bring your own ice. There is a great icemaker.Didnt get to fish much or kayak like we wanted too because it rained too much, but we were able to visit on the lovely covered deck and play games in a comfortable atmosphere. Very attentive hostest. Left us a welcome gjift . You may want to bring an air mattress just in case. While the beds were okay for some of us they were too……
