“Our family of 14 had a wonderful week here in July. So much to do we hardly went anywhere. Big driveway for pickle ball. Big lawn for Kubb. Beautifully designed pool. Lovely screen porch. Large spa, shuffleboard, pool, and giant screen movie theater--wow. We had a few minor quibbles, so not perfect. Still a 5.”

“What an absolutely gorgeous property. It was clean, quiet, and a perfect place to take our boys. Ruth and Dennis (Owners), along with Any and Kurt (Caretakers) helped to make our weekend getaway flawless. We left with smiles on our faces because of all the hard work and money you put into that place. Thank you. Ellis Pond is a stunning body of water surrounded by beautiful mountains. Perfect place for swimming, kayaking, canoeing (which we did). It was hard to leave this morning. Can’t wait to……

“We absolutely loved 3 Peaks Cabin! House was meticulously cared for and very clean! The views especially around sunset were awesome! Very close to Mt Abraham and Sunday River plenty of things to do. Tucker and wife are superior hosts! We definitely want to book again!”

“The house was a wonderful space for our family to get together with 7 adults and 3 kids, there was room for a few more if we had wanted! We loved the living room for game time and the connected kitchen and dining area worked well to keep everyone together at meal time. The bedrooms were well laid out and the kitchen had everything we needed to prep. We did rent a pontoon boat from Norway Marina for 3 days during our stay to tour the lake. My only comment relative to the listing……

“Great house, great location. Quiet neighborhood. The main floor is basically 2 rooms with a bath. A front to back family room, plenty of space, tables to play games, do puzzles, etc. The other side is a large kitchen with a big table for any size family to eat together, play games, etc. 2 porches to relax on.”

“The Farmhouse was a perfect location for a family retreat.”

“We rent this property for family reunion, it’s sleeps 50 but a lot of that is bunk rooms, which is great for all the kids and younger generations. Some the rooms are basically private suites, one has king bed, computer table, A/C, private balcony, loft with 4 beds and bunk all in same room. An entire family of 7-8 can sleep in one room with their own bathroom which is awesome. We also rented some other properties nearby that had more private rooms for older generations to have a private room.……
