“The generator off most of the time so, no air conditioner and no hot water to shower every morning. When I let them know about, I was told that it was going to get fixed but this was continued every single day. Therefore, I had to cancel my upcoming April reservation because I didn’t want to have that horrible experience again. ”
“The reservation staff os suck at their job i was just on the phone with a lady and she hang up on me without resolving my problem with the reservation you guys purposely canceled.”
