"Since we planned to utilize the yard area, we found it a little disappointing, mainly needed a little more upkeep. Patio was covered with leaves and dirt, as was the table there as well, which could easily been improved with a little cleaning. There were also plastic bottles, papers, pieces of aluminum ..."
