This is my review of the hotel: The cleanliness is subpar, customer service is lacking, with inattentive staff. When I reported the refrigerator not working, it took several follow-ups and was only attended to when breakfast was delivered. Follow-ups for items like towels require multiple trips to the counter; phone requests are not sufficient. The hotel smells like an old house, and the open ceiling with visible wiring is off-putting. The parking area is littered with trash.
