“Peter was a wonderful host. Checked in periodically if he saw us out and about, but otherwise things were private. It was a great place to visit and have our family Christmas with our daughter who teaches at the college, our son who flew in from Florida, our granddaughter From the Hudson Valley And a short drive from Pennsylvania, where we live. We appreciate having the kitchen and large dining area as well as large living room. The space was very convenient. This may become an annual tradition.”

“This was our second stay at this AWESOME LITTLE CABIN. It is an absolute gem. Charmingly decorated, cozy, and very private. The addition of a full-sized refrigerator was a real bonus too especially since we like to prepare most of our own meals. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants some quiet time away!”

“Location is easy to get to Charcoal corral and Perry, Castile etc. It was a bit snug w 5 people definitely would be fine for a couple w smaller children. Was well equipped w everything we needed. ”

She has also made her house a beautiful, comfortable home. From the cozy couches, comfortable bed and the open floor plan, we felt right at home. “The property is very clean and organized. We had everything we needed and more. It is perfectly located less than 2 miles from the Castile entrance to Letchworth State Park. After two long days in the park, it was wonderful to have such a nice deck and outdoor furniture to relax on! ”
