“The apartment was newly renovated and clean, although can improve floor cleaning. The place has essential supplies, not an actual kitchen. I appreciated mew washer and dryer in basement location. The place doesn't has hair dryer. I wish some improvement with hallway lighting at the entry way, since it was very dark even during day time. It took us a while to get acquainted with the neighborhood. The location was good, proximity to Buffalo center and convenient to get things done and well……

“BEST “back to school stay-action ever!” Wanted to do a little something for the family and friends before school started and let me tell you, this was a HIT! The kids and adults had such a fun time! Check in was SEAMLESS and the house looked just like the pictures. Everything was super clean and stocked. The back yard was a hit for the kiddos (and us adults when they weren’t taking it over lol). “I came into town to see family and friends and I seriously can not say enough about Polly’s Place!! Her listing is 100% accurate. It was immaculate and had everything you could possibly need and more. It was clean, quiet, relaxing and comfortable. I felt a lot safer staying there than I did at a hotel. It was probably one of the nicest trips home I’ve ever had. Polly was sweet, kind, welcoming and friendly-a person I felt like I had known for years. I will definitely be back many more……
