We have plenty of room and even two empty bedrooms too early to use pool, but grounds had bocce and plenty of outdoor lounge space. Very well, equipped kitchen.Roughly 45 minute drive to our chosen wine tastings, which was easy to get to also in proximity to Armstrong redwoods.
