“Katja was very helpful on WhatsApp before and during the trip with requests and queries. We loved having access to the rooftop terrace and the view of the old town. Size of the apartment was great and the kitchen was well equipped. My only suggestion would be that, for rooms with access to the rooftop through a skylight, it would be good to offer in advance the possibility of covering the skylight for light sleepers like me. “Very disappointing for service and place we stay. Dirty place, it mentioned they provide cleaning service everyday, but no one come to clean up. It also mentioned there are air conditioner but there are no this facility. We complained but they just said that this is hotel.com problem. They should contact Hotel.com but they didn’t. Design of our room is quite strange, we found difficulty to use the toilet. Receptionist need to improve english skill. Bad place to stay. Not recommend to all of you.”
