“Very disappointing for service and place we stay. Dirty place, it mentioned they provide cleaning service everyday, but no one come to clean up. It also mentioned there are air conditioner but there are no this facility. We complained but they just said that this is hotel.com problem. They should contact Hotel.com but they didn’t. Design of our room is quite strange, we found difficulty to use the toilet. Receptionist need to improve english skill. Bad place to stay. Not recommend to all of you.”

“不難找，入住方便，有電梯，行李只需搬半層樓。離景點不遠，坐公車算方便。房間小但夠用，家具都新，床舒適，有洗衣機很方便。咖啡膠囊及洗衣粉需額外收費。”

“优点：1.桑拿小屋很划算，私人空间，一小时只要15欧 2.海景真的太美啦！ 3.如果住海景房的话，走几十秒就可以享受泳池和小温泉 实在很方便 4.门口有两个很不错的餐馆，上档次且美味 缺点： 1.如果住玻璃小屋的话网速不是很好 2.因为是中控暖气 所以没有办法调控，地暖太热了，晚上很难以入睡 3.checkin速度不佳，建议改进 4.厕所很小，不方便”

“We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Communication was seamless – responses were quick, and it was always easy to get in touch. The location is easy to find, and they provide detailed instructions for everything. The room was spotless, with a comfortable bed, and towels were replaced every two days. The staff were polite and attentive, always ready to help. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend it!👍”
