Located in the heart of Waterhill, this home is a dream. With 5 charming bedrooms including 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and 1 cozy futon, guests will feel right at home. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer, shower, and a relaxing jetted bathtub. This spacious home with an open floor plan offers plenty of space for large family or family gatherings. Great house for Graduation weekend

This was a great house for us to be in while celebrating Graduation in Ann Arbor. The house is very spacious and comfortable, and was in a great location that allowed us to walk to most of the places we wanted to go. It was just as described in the listing, and communication with the host was very easy.

Family Tradition

This was the perfect place for our family! We are in Ann Arbor celebrating our yearly tradition of going to a University of Michigan Baseball and Softball game and this year we walked in the Big House 5K! One year ago we were in a hospital waiting room praying our father made it through his double lung transplant and this weekend we had the honor of celebrating with him in this amazing house!
