With a generous capacity to accommodate up to 12 guests with a maximum of 8 adults, this spacious two storey house is perfect for family gatherings or a getaway with friends. Unwind in the tranquillity of this exceptional recently renovated property boasting five sun-drenched bedrooms (1 being an open plan area) and three pristine brand-new bathrooms designed for comfort and relaxation.

The house is tastefully equipped with modern amenities including split-system reverse cycle air conditioning in all rooms, multiple Smart TVs, free unlimited Wi-Fi, and an enclosed yard and garden to enjoy the glorious weather.

Upon entering The Birubi Beach House, the staircase will lead you up to the grandeur of the open living/ dining and kitchen space that will surely entice you with the new flooring and dramatic feature of a vaulted timber ceiling. This area leads out to a stunning wrap around deck with casual alfresco dining. Three bedrooms and the main bathroom are also located upstairs. Additionally, your furry friend is more than welcome to accompany you, making each moment of your stay enjoyable.

The stunning fully equipped kitchen with a large island stone benchtop catering for 4 barstools and top notch Bosche appliances including an electric under bench oven, induction cooktop, built in microwave, and dishwasher, offers the ideal setup for preparing delicious meals, there is also a large fridge/ freezer and servery to the balcony. You may prefer to take the cooking outside to the BBQ while enjoying the outdoor area furnished exclusively for your leisure.

The master suite invites you with a comfortable Queen bed and a beautiful ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and rainwater shower head, offering the perfect retreat after a day of exploration, swimming and surfing. Bedroom 2 has a cosy Queen bed, split system air conditioner, ceiling fan and access to the balcony to allow the sea breeze to flow through promising a peaceful night's sleep whilst bedroom 3 is designed for children with two single bunks.

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Great stay

Our group really enjoy our stay in Birubi Beach House. A very well presented house with plenty of space and nice outdoor eating area off the living space. And great location with nice flat walk to the beach.

Perfect beach holiday

The perfect house for a beach holiday with a group of family and friends, as well as our two dogs. There is enough space not to be getting in each other’s way and areas that are lovely for gathering together. A short walk to Birubi beach which is dog friendly and quite honestly as beautiful a beach as I’ve seen anywhere in the world. We enjoyed ourselves so much I wanted to extend the stay for an additional night. I popped into the real estate agent who manages the property and enquired. They came back with a ludicrous price, more than half of what we paid for the week stay, for one night. They explained that they would have to rebook for the one night and incur another cleaning/booking fee. I suggested calling the owner and asking if they were happy to receive an extra $450 ( the nightly rate for our stay) rather than have the place empty, but this was not an available option, which was disappointing. The only reason for my low rating for convenience of access is the requirement to pick up and drop off the keys is the necessity to do this at the real estate agent which is in Nelson Bay, a drive about 15 minutes further than the property. Otherwise, the house was perfect in every way.

Functional family beach house

Good location, functional, beach house. Worked well for 3 generations aged 2.5y to 63y. Cleaners & maintenance need an overall - too many missed spots eg messy, smelly day bed (is this for pets or humans?) fridge, (smelly seafood on ice left), leaking taps in ground floor bathroom, all carpets stained, cleaners dumped previous guests' rubbish, cleaning equipment in bag into yellow bin (big no no). We cleaned the fridge, sorted the yellow bin and vacuumed the house before we moved in. Once cleaned, we enjoyed the house thoroughly as it complemented our group's dynamics.

Lovely family property

Good sized family living space and well equipped kitchen. Front left hotplate of stove didn't work. Due to placement of water cylinder the dishwasher was virtually inaccessible because the door couldn't be lowered. Bedrooms were all light and roomy. Upstairs bathroom adequate. Dryer was too high to reach controls or the inside to retrieve clothes without a chair. No chairs downstairs. Enjoyed our stay. Perfect for our needs.
