Located in the "heart" of Anna Maria City, sits this ground level, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home just waiting for you! It has been completely remodeled and features bright Caribbean colors and new furnishings. The master bedroom and 2nd bedroom both accommodate queen beds, while the 3rd bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. It is conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, the ice cream shop, AND is only a short walk to the gulf beach.

PETS: Dogs are allowed with prior approval. Must be well trained. 2 dogs max. A $150 non-refundable pet fee applies per pet.

*Please note: 2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.
