“Wir haben den Urlaub in Annenheim in dieser Ferienwhg sehr genossen. Es war wirklich alles perfekt und es fehlte an nichts. Der private Seezugang ist ein absoluter Pluspunkt! Auch die Lage ist super, die Bergbahn erreicht man zu Fuß, genauso wie den Bootsverleih oder das Schiff. Walther ist ein sehr freundlicher Ansprechpartner vor Ort und hat bei Bedarf gute Tipps für Aktivitäten. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.”

“Hello, I have 2 points. The 1st is that it should be easier to get all info in EN. Perhaps a check box somewere on web ? 2nd - most info related to this property is about the main interrest - the diving. None about the winter season. It would be enough to mention the Gerlitzen web I guess. Anyway - the host was always responsive and helpful and we were able to communicate in EN which was great. “The location of the flat is absolutely perfect nearby so many restaurants options , shopping , walking distance from the Villach HBF station. The apartment is in a very good condition, kind of new , kitchen appliances are available, no washing machine though and no AC and it can be very hot. I recommend adding a long mirror and doors stops as doors keep shutting off . One downside is there is a Mexican restaurant in the ground floor and it can be noisy.”
