This modern holiday apartment is located in the heart of Grimentz, directly opposite the Grimentz-Zinal cable car station. It is part of the new "Flocons de Neige" complex, which combines holiday apartments, dining, and wellness facilities in a single building. First occupied in 2025, the apartment features a contemporary and high-quality interior, offering a high level of living comfort. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, tableware, a fondue set, and a raclette grill. One bedroom with a double bed and another with bunk beds provide accommodation for up to four guests. The apartment includes a spacious terrace with a dining area, sun loungers, and an unobstructed view of the mountain panorama. The building offers an underground parking space, a ski room, and a lift. Two restaurants are located in the same building, along with a paid SPA area that is open seasonally and accessible by reservation.
During your stay, you have access to the entire apartment, including the private terrace, your own underground parking space, the ski room, and the elevator.

All village amenities (cable cars, supermarkets, bakery, sports shops, restaurants, etc.) are within short walking distance.
Note on Length of Stay During the high season – in the winter months and peak summer – stays are expected to be between 7 and 14 nights. In the low season, shorter bookings from 3 nights are also possible. For stays longer than 14 nights, we kindly ask for an individual request so that specific arrangements can be made.
Tourist tax The tourist tax (CHF 4 per adult/night, CHF 2 per child aged 6–16/night) is charged before arrival.
Check-in / Check-out Access to the building and the underground garage is provided via a code. Check-in to the holiday apartment is simple and contactless via a key box. From 3:00 p.m., arrival is flexible at any time – even for late-night check-ins. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m. All relevant information regarding check-in and check-out will be sent to you well in advance of your arrival.
Bed linen and towels provided The holiday apartment is equipped with bed linen, hand and bath towels, as well as kitchen towels.
Pets & Smoking Pets and smoking are not allowed in the apartment.
Guest card With the guest card "Pass Anniviers Liberté" as well as with a ski pass, you can use the bus in the Val d’Anniviers free of charge.
