“We had a fantastic stay! The room itself was great, as shown in the pictures, and with everything we needed. Bathroom was lovely, a very good shower (much needed after a long day hiking). An exceptionally warm and generous host who has lots of useful tips and suggestions, from places to eat to hiking paths and things to do. A brilliant breakfast including fresh fruit, yoghurt, homemade bread and cakes, ham and cheese etc. I can’t recommend this place enough.”

“We had a nice time. The hotel is very beautiful and located very close to nice hiking trails and the pretty stone bridges in the area. The room was also very nice but the beds are VERY firm, so if you need a soft bed to sleep comfortably it might be a problem. The type of service and food just doesn't match up with this being a 4-star hotel. Some of the negative reviews elsewhere could probably be helped by guests having a more realistic idea of what to expect by adjusting this listing, this is……
