“Our Room was awesome and the kitchen is very good! Was a perfect stay at Praslin.”

“Close to beach, the hotel is artistically tasteful. But the WiFi reception is really bad. You need a voucher to access the wifi and the voucher code gets invalid easily. I asked at least 4 vouchers. Also for the superior room, you are sharing your balcony with your neighbors. They only use a small bamboo partition to divide. This poses potential security risk. We never used our balcony for the entire time because our neighbors are always there. ”

“Mysigt ställe med stora rum. Rummet på markplan har en väldigt liten uteplats, inte så kul. Stort badrum med dubbla handfat, tyvärr endast takdusch. Fint poolområde med solsängar. Begränsad strand, trappa ner till vattnet. Kvällssol med solnedgång. God mat i restaurangen och bra service i övrigt. Med svenska mått mätt är detta ett 3-stjärnigt ställe.”

“Vi fick en drink vid ankomst och de hade gjort rummet mycket fint. Vi fick rummet närmast poolen. Poolen var liten men nyrenoverad och trevlig. Rabid som jobbade där var duktig och höll hög service. Vi kan absolut tänka oss att återkomma”

“lots of facilities were not work after check in. I was told the massage bathtub was not in serve, what a pity! My wife was attracted at first view by the photo of bathtub they showed online, that’s the reason why we booked this suite. “Unhappy staff, slightly arrogant management, and forgot to make up our room for once and the receptionist came up with several excuses for that, instead of rushing up to solve the problem. But this has been satisfying compensated in the end, that's good. Positive points: nice breakfast, beautiful architecture and swimming pool.”
