“So we had checked into the red lion there AC in the hall motel was not working and my husband passed out and ended up in ICU. I called the Alamo talked with Carrie when we got to the Alamo she had went above and beyond she had a room ready and waiting for us early and she had the AC on and running in our room for my husband, even though he didn’t get to enjoy it because he was in ICU, but her thoughtfulness was above and beyond and had also reached out and said anybody else in our party because……

“The hotel front desk staff was very enthusiastic and the breakfast was delicious. If I have the opportunity to come again, I will choose to stay here again.”

“Most of the stay was good. Room was clean and comfortable. The part that was not so great was the check in. The gentleman be hind the desk was not friendly at all. He didn't even stand up to great us. He seemed upset that the card I reserved the room under had previously been cancelled due to a fraued issue that I had.”

“Good hotel but for some unknown reason my reservation made via hotels.com was cancelled and I didn’t get any information about it. Anyway, the lady at reception could arrange a room. Room was spacious and clean but A/C was very noisy. Unfortunately very common in issue in many hotels in US. Overall, I’m satisfied with my staying in this hotel.”

“It was a very nice facility. The fresh cookies at the front desk were a nice surprise. The desk clerk was very pleasant. ”
