“One staff member was less than accomodating put me in a noisy ish room next to a room that was being worked on. I talked to a much nicer and very accommodating staff member who moved me to a quiet room. She was super helpful in every way. The HGI is centrally located, clean, quiet and has easy parking. I really like this place. ”

“My date was a drunken mess but the property was fabulous. Highly recommend the beach club, Niko is amazing and takes care of every need while you are lounging and enjoying the private beach. Dog friendly resort and plenty of complimentary activities always happening on property like sound bowl events, coffee tastings, and the restaurant has some delicious offerings as well. Pool has great food & drink service and the chairs and setup are well spaced so you can feel like you are not being crowded……

“The room was quite good for the money. The T.V. service was slow and inaccurate. The hotel had a disturbing physical "vibration" apparently coming from the roof's air conditioning mechanicals; that's a guess. Also, the hotel allowed some tenants to drive in their very noisy vehicles, which overcame the "soundproofing" of the room. They need to check whether vehicles have properly functioning vehicle mufflers or, if not, require these tenants to park off property on the street. I didn't need……
