They stole my money, and they are intentionally impossible to contact. I made a reservation online and a few days later I decided to cancel it. I called their support line, and their support agent verbally confirmed that the whole reservation was cancelled. But I never got a confirmation email about the cancellation, only one $10 refund out of 4 rooms I reserved. Because I had only paid a small reservation fee per room and was going to pay the rest in person when we got their, I assumed this refund meant that the reservation was cancelled. In fact, the customer support lady only cancelled one room and I got charged $260 per room in no-show fees. Whenever I call them they tell me to talk to expedia, and expedia tells me to talk to them, and now I cannot even get a hold of OYO. This is absolutely disgusting, they do not want to help their customers and I would recommend never doing business with this hotel or OYO if you can help it!
