“We had a lovely 2 week stay here. Everything is just like the photos show which is great. You are 2 mins from Antibes and 2 minutes away from a large super market so location is perfect. At the same time, you are at the bottom corner of a gated development so nice and secure. We had our 3 year old son with us and he had a fantastic time and the place felt very safe for him. The pool is not gated off but it was nice and easy to keep an eye on him when he was out side. Not much else to mention……

“This is a comfortable house with lots of helpful touches. Everything worked well, 500m from the sea and supplies. A car is necessary for the elderly, and parking horrendous in the general area.”

“We stayed for 4 days at this amazing villa. It is very clean and has great views through the trees down to the sea. Communication with Derrick was easy and he did arrange for the pool and hot tub to be heated as we requested. If you are staying here in the Spring it would probably be worth asking for the heaters to be turned on a couple of days before arrival as they took a day to get up to temperature. The spaces and design of the villa worked really well for our two families with 4 children……

“We had a very nice stay in Erics house. The house is very well equipped and we havent missed anything. Antibes is a good location in order to start sightseeing tours from there. Having a rental car is nice to have, but not mandatory. Bus- or train connections are available and stations are not far away. Eric is very helpful and sooo friendly! We felt very good over there. “We stayed in August 2024 , 4 adults and 4 teenagers the house was brilliant. We loved the pool area, beautiful greenery and seating areas were fantastic seats for everyone. Kids loved the table tennis area. The house was really nice, as we approached the drive with the automatic gates we weren’t disappointed. Thanks to the hosts they were very helpful.”

“Very nice large home in a quiet neighborhood. Close to everything. Some things didn’t work but the manager sent out people to fix and was very responsive. House is very well stocked! As a new listing, they did not know that it is against Vrbo policy to have interior cameras. We covered with foil and they are now aware so will hopefully remove for the next guests. Highly recommended. ”
