“This is a lovely property. Plenty of room. Well equipped with everything you need. The courtyard is a beautiful place for breakfast in the morning and wine in the evening. The flowers planted in the courtyard are beautiful. Please be aware that you must be able to walk up steep hills to get to this property. Of course, pretty much anywhere you go in Cortona is a hill.”

“Villa Calcinaio was a beautiful place to spend our time while in Cortona. My goal was to get a slice of Tuscan life and this house gave me the opportunity to do just that. It was rustic but charming and updated ~20 years ago. Enrico was very responsive and even came to our rescue when we had trouble locating the house on the dark and rainy night when we arrived. I found the house stocked with all the basics and then some and I fell in love with the view of the beautiful dome from every……

“Das hast ist klein aber fein, liegt toll in den Bergen und ist ideal zum erholen. Keinen Trubel, nur Ruhe und Natur pur. In wenigen Minuten ist man in Cortona. Dort gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und eine schöne Altstadt. Die Famile denen das Haus gehört wohnen gleich neben an, sie sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider war's im April noch etwas kalt aber dank dem Offenen Kamin und genügend Feuerholz war das kein Problem. Wir werden dort bestimmt nochmal Urlaub machen.”

“John & Dianne were utterly lovely and made every effort for us. The listing is very clear and if you're looking for peace and quiet in a serene valley, you couldn't do better. The track should be driven with care but after the first time accompanied by John, it's not too bad. I wouldn't bring a car with low clearance though. John and Dianne are in their home next door which was nice to know. They very much left us to it and didn't mind us playing our music by the pool. Otherwise we didn't see……

“We stayed at Casa Delle Rose for 7 days. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop. The view is amazing. A great place for morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine. The apartment is a nice size. There are lots of steps which may be challenging to some. We found the staff at Together Tuscany very responsive and helpful. The area is beautiful. Cortona is a great village to visit. Casa Delle Rose is a great place to stay. ”
