"Friendly and helpful staff"

"A 1970s office block converted into a hotel. Rooms are huge by UK standard, both the room and equipment are very clean. Staff is friendly and experienced. The main complaint would be the WiFi - averaging 100-500kb/s, which is slow even by 2010 standards. Certainly need a replacement. Elevators only stop on even floors, so you would need to walk 1/2 floor up or down to the 1F reception or room (uneven floor for me). Elevator is very fast and there are 3 of them, so no issues at all. The nearby Eccles Shopping Centre is being redeveloped, so it can get quiet at night. Large supermarket just opposite to the hotel. The Eccles town centre and train/tram station in around 5 minutes."

"I arrived quite early on the day. The reception lady stored my bags and allowed me to early check-in. Although i'm in no need rush. I want to visit the city first. Warm welcome. It can become quite busy late in the afternoon. The restaurants reservations is full until 2030 ( i approach them at 1830) Close to train station. Good breakfast but not costly "

"This is my second stay at the same location, despite with a different brand. The location is very near the city centre, which gives you easy access to different spots around. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious. It has been a comfortable stay."

"Within the walking distance to the airport terminal 2, I feel relieved to be check-in to the morning flight the next day. Though it is a tiny room for one person, I could refresh myself from the tireness with a comfortable bed and some space for exercise."
