“The main issue because of which I did not rate 5 stars was the lack of hot water (the water heater was not working, error code on display).
The area looks kind of remote (new development) but is easy to go to downtown by car.”

“Total failure by apartment host. No checkin in communication 24 hrs prior and no response to multiple comms by phone and whatsapp. I drove to the building but there was no person there or signage.
I was unable to stay and had to book another hotel that evening. No communications at all in the 24 hrs since then.
If hotels.com dont refund this night stay then thwre will be an immediate ate credit card chargeback for total failure to deliver paid service of one night accommodation.
