“The flat was spacious, spotlessly clean and with all necessary facilities. Comfortable bed with extra pillows and linen. We got all the necessary information from the owner via WhatsApp. Communication was efficient and trouble-free. Easy check-in with Smart Box. Approx.15-20 min by foot from the Old Town. Resturants, coffee shop and supermarkets nearby. Would recommend.”

“Total failure by apartment host. No checkin in communication 24 hrs prior and no response to multiple comms by phone and whatsapp. I drove to the building but there was no person there or signage.
I was unable to stay and had to book another hotel that evening. No communications at all in the 24 hrs since then.
If hotels.com dont refund this night stay then thwre will be an immediate ate credit card chargeback for total failure to deliver paid service of one night accommodation.
